This place was great during the first six months, then the management and Pearl Properties just seem to forget their tenants. It's facade, the lobby is brand new and tasteful, nice hardwood floors, until you get to the management office, at the end of that hall, when you look left/right and see the musty old crappy carpet which actually lines the entire building. You would think they could get new stainfree carpet to reduce stink, allergens, etc.

Where to start,let me see-

Perhaps with the fire alarms which were going off on a regular basis, sometimes multiple times during the night, as late as 3am during the work week.

Also, while trying to get cable connection for my apt, the management failed to let them in, twice in two weeks.

What else' The wireless connection they advertise on the Suburban Court site is a joke. It has been out of service since June, and despite several attempts to bring this to the management's attention, it was bypassed. It is still down.

Fixtures are cheap. This building really is quite old, and not kept in the best condition.

Also, when you hear 'outdoor cafe bistro' you would think it was a genuine cafe, a Starbucks or something. There is nothing but tables and chairs in front, along with a grill.

Overall, this place is not too too bad, but if you could spend an extra $100/month, you could get a much better place, maybe with attentive staff.

I will ride out the rest of my lease in a few months, then leave this place.
