What you'll hear a lot is that it looks nice. That's about it.

This building has severe issues with water damage, the A/C units are horrible, the pipes clog constantly, the gym is a joke, Things get stolen from the lobbies (my bike), the fire alarm goes off for no reason in the middle of the night, and the property management (Pearl Properties) is VERY shady.

I've seen that its under new management, but in my mind, the age and disrepair of the building a lot to overcome.

Oh, and the bathroom flooded constantly.

Stay away. I wish I had listened to the other reviews on here before I lived there for a year.

On the upside, a squirrel left a biscuit on our windowsill once. It was funny.
