I moved to Suburban Court nine months ago from San Diego. This is my fourth apartment and so far the best ever! I've lived in NYC, Denver, San Diego and now Ardmore. I spent a great deal of time and energy researching a lot of properties prior to coming out to Philadelphia to see my options. The Property Manager (Janie) at Suburban Court was so friendly and helpful! She spent hours even upon my arrival trying to help me with my move. After seeing six or sever other apartments it was clear that there was no other choice but Suburban Court. Not only is this a really neat building with friendly tenants but the management went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help with facilitating my move. I love the location! I don't have a car (I work in CC) so having the train only a couple blocks away has been a lifesaver. The town of Ardmore is great, I can walk to just about anything that I might need. I am so happy that chose Suburban Court! It is a wonderful place!
