I have lived in Suburban Courts for about 2 years now. The building is a bit old, but its location more than makes up for it. It is within walking distance of trains and buses and the shopping of Ardmore. For someone who wants a good place to live with access to all types of Major stores this is a great place to live.
The best part of living in Suburban Courts in teh Property Manager. She is a fantastic person who knows each one of her residents by first name. I can honestly say that she cares about her residents in a way that most managers wouldn't. I am very happy living in Suburban courts and would recommend it to anyone living in the area.
