The building is in bad shape, and the apartments are not worth the $825-1100/month they ask.
Janie Frost is a very rude, two-faced woman. Her maintenance guy is rude also. Wifi does not work. Hallways are painted in a nasty green color, and the floor of my studio apartment was in bad shape, with cracks and squeaks.
Archstone property management is a nasty company that tries to find stupid reasons to jack up your rent or security deposit.
Avoid this property, and avoid archstone. There are better properties out there
