I have lived here for a year. I never had a real problem, trouble with my mailbox key in the beginning but other then that a great places to live. I was in Building K and i always had a place to park. I'm not sure why people have had a problem. I was there living by myself being a single white female and i felt safe. I would recamond this place to anyone.

Heat and water are included it's a good deal.
