Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Have lived here now for two years. Management was really nice and helpful at first until they booted her and got a new property manager. This manager has an obvious attitude problem, and I am suprised they let her stay for so long. Not very friendly or helpful for that matter. Am looking to move soon. Nice size apartments that include heat and water, but rent is climbing more and more each year. If I were to renew my lease I would be paying $100.00 more a month than I paid when I moved here almost three years ago.
pros- reasonable rent (for now)
nice size apartment
quiet area
do not hear much from other apartments
cons- bugs
not enough parking
BAD unprofessional management
rent raised a lot each year
Not the worst- certainly not the best.
