I have lived here for three years. It was great at first! The Staff was nice, and willing to help out. Then, they canned her and got some CRAZY LADY FROM HELL!!! She never picks up her phone, nor does she assist when called. She has lost two of my rent checks then charges me for them. The biggest problem is the BUGS.. There are more bugs the tentents!!!! And don't ask for something to be done or you will be EVICTED, and she'll tell you it's your problem and your dirty! Not true at all... This building has structure problems, and It's not my job to fix it! I'm happy to be moving, Save your money, move somewhere else... DON'T RENT FROM HALFPENNY! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Most bug problems come from uncleanliness, which is difficult to control within a person's apartment. Overall most of the tenants here are clean and respectful of the building and are happy with the improvements we have made to Arrowhead. Thank you.

Arrowhhead is a beautiful community. The mangement is structured, and willing to assist in all forms of communication with mangment. The lesing agents are ongoing process of eliminating undesirables that still live in the community under different mangement.

i disagree with both of you, you two are a joke. i have only lived here a few months and i *HATE* this place. I despise it so much that i can't wait to leave. I leave here every weekend just to get away from the loud college students. Btw, we are not dirty people. It's the lack of 'plugging' up the holes the bugs are coming in to the building through as well as improper maintenance of the grounds. I have never once seen anyone outside cleaning up. I see beer cans and all other trash on the lawns daily

It's pathetic when it's obvious the manager and her daughter feel it is necessary to defend their apartment complexes by contradicting tenant's posts, writing fake reviews, and attacking tenants personally by calling them "unclean." How would you like to live in these apartments? How about you take these tenant reviews, grow some professionalism skills, and actually get up and do something about the problems. And furthermore, if you really have time to be so childish as to spend your time posting incessantly to this forum, you should have time to actually learn how to do your job and treat people with common respect.
