My roomates and I have had a great experience here. This is our first year living off campus and the apartments are spacious and nice. the management is helpful and nice to us and is there when we need them. We had a minor bee hive problem but it was corrected immediately. The maintenance is also very nice and get things fixed in a timely fashion. We enjoy living here and the other people in the complex are also friendly.

Are you serious the management treats you horrible. They are constantly being ------- to all of their tenants. If you have a problem Theresa will wave you off or pretend she will do something and won???t. ???It???s not my job??? is her favorite line to say to her tenants! When it is!! Her and her daughter are the worst management I have ever experienced.

I agree with your complaints. We have had similar experiences with the management being rude and unhelpful. When you go to them with genuine concerns, they are appalled that you would even consider raising an issue about it. Overall, I feel they are lazy and lack professional and managerial skills.

I agree with LACK OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS!!!! Dear Poster, The only reason she is nice to you is cause your rent is probibly paid up front, and casue they want Neumann to think they are something special. NEW FLASH... Neumann and Aston Township know better!!!!!
