Bugs must only go to "some" buildings From: gram61 Date posted: 3/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   I've lived at arrowhead for 2 years and have had NONE of the problems I see listed!!!WI will be signing a new lease in 2 monthes. I have even brought my elderly Mother to live here. My apartment is warm in winter, no problems with air in summer.My mother is pretty picky and she likes her apartment, warm floors are important to an elderly women.The staff has always been curteous and affable to us both,repairs done in a timely fashion.In two years I have NEVER seen a bug in my place,if washer/dryer not working I get my $back and machine fixed by calling #provided NO PROBLEMS.Parking lot is not a problem, have your guests park on arrowhead dr. and there would be 0 parking problems.I would recommend Arrowhead Court to friends,family and I have, any time.
