I have lived here only a little over a month and have found a bug EVERY DAY since i moved in. Centipedes, cockroaches, silver fish, spiders, you name it; i've got it!

They say they spray but there is never proof anyone came in or visited the properties. The bug problem has become overbearing and i already want to vacate the property.

I've had broken appliances within the first week and noisy neighbors that are young college kids.

I totally agree with everything you have said. We are moving out this week and a lot of it has to do with the bugs, the noise, and the management. More on that in my post.

Your lease states that you need to contact the main office about this, but beware they will try to put the bill on you. This happen to me, and we ended up in Court over it... End result, I WON!!! You would think with all the money pay for the little you get, at least they could spray. The complex accross the street is CHEAPER, and they spray each apartment monthly! It's included in your rent...
