In all my years of renting apartments and houses, I have NEVER been as utterly disgusted with the overall workings of a complex as I am with Arrowhead Court. First of all, they stick people in the back of the complex in the woods that they refuse to take care of. The building looks like crap, the parking lot is full of potholes, the trees are dead behind the building, the dumpsters are always overflowing, there are numerous types of bugs finding their way into the apartments, the windows don't operate, there is only 1 air conditioner when they promise (and advertise) 2, the college kids from the local college stay here because of housing limitations on campus, yet they think they live in a dorm. They are uncourteouse to other people living in the building, especially those with small children, and the management refuses to do anything about it. Call the police, they tell you. Police come and can't do anything unless they hear it firsthand. Rediculous! Should I keep going' The management in this place really is the worst I have ever seen. Nothing is followed through with, the property manager is clueless and her daughter is just as bad. I gave them 30 days notice of my plan to leave the complex and they came THAT DAY to walk through the apartment to "see what needed to be done". I refused to let them in. Thanks for nothing, Arrowhead Court.

By the way, the same apparently holds true for all complexes owned by Halfpenny Management. Just read the other reviews here.

Our dumpsters are emptied 3 times a week - Our landscaping is beautiful please ride by - no pot holes and the complex is very well kept. When certain tenants get evicted they do get upset. We do have some college kids and they are the cream of the crop. Very polite! When we do receive notice, we do try to enter the apt. so we can see what will be needed to update and to order new applicances/carpet, etc., so they arrive on time. I understand now why access was denied and that was because you lived like a PIG!!

Coming from someone I am apparently guessing is from the company judging by the user name, you are very rude. I have no words for the reputation this company has blatantly made for itself in the lack of professionalism of its employers and owners.

I agree with Anonymous. It's obvious that the girl in the office has little to no education and it's ridiculous the way things are or AREN'T taken care of at this apartment. The girls are rude and unapproachable. They are nice to your face then talk badly about you when you leave the office, I've heard it myself! They are extremely unprofessional and I think they shouldn't let families work together-bring back the old ------- is right!!! Please!

I think that the ladies in the office are very nice. They are putting a new kitchen in for me and everytime I call they are nothing but helpful and eager. Maybe it is the way you come off to them from the start. You get more bees with honey.

i have lived at Arrowhead apartments for several years and I never had a problem with the Office Manager or any one else in the office. The maintenance crews are always helpful and the grounds are well kept
