I lived in Arrowhead in 2007-2008. ------- Is very polite at first, so that she can suck you in. Later on they had her daughter working in there with her. If you decide to rent here.. later on you will start to see the same trend of things happening, as all of these people have proclaimed. They are very unprofessional, and make you feel awkward for calling when you have a concern. The college kids are ok, but pigs. They stay out late at night, and come in making alot of noise. They leave their beer cans on the lawn, smoke pot in the building.. so you can smell it in you place, and they also have loud parties which kept my child, and my neighbor's child up at night. I had to go down and have a talk with them a couple times. Another gang of problems is the Neo- ---- skinheads that are cool, but they also like to party, drink, smoke weed, and play guitar hero til 4 or 5 in the morning screaming!!! at the top of their lungs. Later on in my stay at Arrowhead Apts. .... S*** for brains " cream of the crop" college boy, catches the building on fire, in which I am now forced to move out. ------- in all her glory, decides to continue to rip me off when I needed a place to stay. Insisting that I pay for the entire months rent, when the fire happened in the middle of the month. No compassion for any of the tenants who lost almost everything. Was forced to take valuables with me because of the restoration company they decided to hire. Bunch of Mexican non- english speakers who stole money and jewelry from my child. A piggy Bank!!!! By the way I lived in 2 separate apts.. and when i moved into the second apt.. she came to do the walk through and treated me like a dog. I did more to clean up after my family than any one had probably ever done. She tried charging me $25 for salt and pepper in the cabinet. Even I self shampooed the carpets for 4 hours.. you would have never known we lived there. Well any ways she tried to do a walkthorough of damges in my apartment AFTER the apartment fire!!! Bottom line is... ------- is a crook, ---- is learning to be a crook, and I would never trust them with my money. I wouldn't even trust them with your money.oh ya and this is coming from a previous tenant who never missed a payment and was never evicted( got the paperwork to prove it hahaha) DONT EVER RENT FORM THIS PLACE

It just sounds that you don't really like anybody... By the way you type and spell it too seems like you have little to no education. Everybody just does wrong by you.

I support your feelings about how ------ behaves so politely before you sign the lease. We had the same experience. She was so supportive of us when we were going through the process of obtaining an apartment and signing the lease. Once we signed the lease, it was downhill from there. Whenever we approached her with concerns she would rudely dismiss us. This happened multiple times over a variety of issues with our apartment. I also agree with ------ and her daughter's lack of professionalism skills. Anyone is probably better off living somewhere else in Aston other than Arrowhead. To deal with the office staff is a constant headache, these apartments are grungy at best, and are way too expensive, especially considering heat and hot water are no longer included in the already pricy rent.

Im not mad at everybody, just you. This is probably the worst of Mr. Halfpenny's properties, so thats why he allows such animals to run it. The place is a trash can, that's why oscar the grouch and little oscar jr work there. Go back to the funny farm where you belong.
