I was a resident at brandywine manor for not even a whole year...and i will tell you the reason why. I was completley dissatisfied with the amenities. Heat and hot water were not included in the 700 dollar rent for a one bedroom apartment, there were no balconies and only one washer and dryer per building. Now let me get started on the noise level!!! I was on the second floor and i will tell you i have never heard anything like it in my life. The people upstairs from me sounded like they were coming through my roof and their dog barked constantly i didnt sleep which is why i terminated my lease after six months of living there. I wouldnt reccomend this place to my worst enemy!!! If you must live here live on the top floor!! I heard other peoples tvs over the volume of my own tv. I had to play music for my son to fall asleep just to drown out the other noises. It was horrible. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

you hear peoples tv's in any apartment building. i agree about the dogs though!
