My husband and I have made Brandywine Manor Apartments our home for nearly a decade and we have never been happier here! The staff are friendly, quick to respond, and take great care of the community. The neighbors are all very great people, many with families and children (and pets!). You can often find us outside barbecuing, visiting with one another, or decorating as each holiday rolls by. There's PLENTY of safe parking and every part of the community is well-lit and safe. In the winter when it snows, they're up and out clearing the sidewalks before the sun even comes up! Granted, you can sometimes hear noise, but that's going to happen in any apartment complex, especially with one so well established such as this. But it is nothing that would keep anyone awake, thankfully. The neighborhood that we live in is gorgeous! You get the pleasure of living in a beautiful suburban setting without having to own a mortgage! With off-street parking saving on your insurance, trash and water already paid for (with dumpsters so you never have to wait until "trash-day" to get rid of those icky bags), this place strives to make our lives more "convenient." It may not pay for heat and hot water, but it makes up for it in ways many other apartment complexes in the area (that we had seen and shopped around for when we first looked over 8 years ago) didn't have - the staff care of Brandywine Manor Apartments as if it was their own home. That makes all the difference in the world.

Well you may be the only one that feels that way.... as another long term tennant of Brandywine Manor I can tell you that the place has gone straight into the toilet since new management/maintanence staff began...The hallways are never done she comes in and turns on the vacumn so that people hear it but does'nt actually clean the hallways...I've been witness to this....There are perfectly lovely neighbors here with very legitimate maintanence concerns that are not being addressed such as water leaks and mold. And as a professional person I'm looking to get out....I thought I'd be there forever. They are raising rental rates at 3x what they did with previous mgt to make up for the fact that we signed leases with great rates when we moved in. Mgt and owners are disrespectful and unprofessional. The apartments themselves are OK..(although very dated)..But do not have any of the ammenities that other places costing about the same as they are charging now have. I'm sorry to say that I can no longer recommend Brandywine Manor to anyone.
