Brandywine Manor Apartments

Now a horrible place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   As another long term tennant of Brandywine Manor I can tell you that the place has gone straight into the toilet since new management/maintanence staff began...The hallways are never done she comes in and turns on the vacumn so that people hear it but does'nt actually clean the hallways...I've been witness to this....There are perfectly lovely neighbors here with very legitimate maintanence concerns that are not being addressed such as water leaks and mold. And as a professional person I'm looking to get out....I thought I'd be there forever. They are raising rental rates at 3x what they did with previous mgt to make up for the fact that we signed leases with great rates when we moved in. Mgt and owners are disrespectful and unprofessional. The apartments themselves are OK..(although very dated)..But do not have any of the ammenities that other places costing about the same as they are charging now have. I'm sorry to say that I can no longer recommend Brandywine Manor to anyone.
