not an overall good choice to live unless your low on cash!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
They have poor laundry facilities And do not maintain the apartment in a suffient manner.
These apartments do not have yearly inspections, if they did they most likely would fail the standards of upkeep. Also they charge for heat which is somehow based with the rest of the tenents in the apartment complex you reside in (one heating system for all).
