I rented at Concord Court Apartments for one year and it felt like an eternity. It was absolutely horrible. I lived on the second floor and within one month mushrooms started growing out from the carpet in the middle of the room. The landlords kept giving us the run-around and after continuous complaining finally they came to look at it. They resealed our shower and never came back to check on it as they said they would. The mold continued to grow and at the seventh month the mold finally stopped growing and the carpeted floor dried. I let the landlords know the problem was solved but that the carpet needed to be replaced and/or cleaned and they said ok. They avoided us for the remainder months of our year lease. This was a health hazard and the least the landlord could have done was fixed the problem fully since we were very understanding and willing not to get the Board of Health involved. We also lived with silver fish bugs and large insects for the first five months of our visit while the landlords told us everytime we complained that the pest control would be there within a week. It was so bad I moved out two months before the lease was up and paid for the time I was not there. Never rent from this apartment complex.
