I moved here in 1995, the first time and stayed 6 months, then had to take my husband back to FLA. because he was ill.
When I was here then, when ever anything had to be done it was done.
That's why when my husband died in 1998, I moved back here in 1999, I like everything about living here, and again everything was done when you asked for it to be fixed.
The apartment was painted and ready for me to move back.
The landscaping has been done beautiful, when the cars are parked.
In the winter the sidewalks are cleaned also the porches, as soon as it stops snowing, in the summer the grounds are kept beautiful,all of the outside has been painted porches and doors, new numbers also.
The only reason a unit is done over is when some one moves out.
My finial comment is the new management is doing a lot of good for the complex and I am happy to live in Concord Court.

Please do not remove any of the comments because after 3 months of Halfpenny's takeover, they refuse to make the very much needed repairs! I had the manager ------ come to my apartment to see all that was wrong with it and when I got to the hallway and bathroom to show her the black mold, she covered her nose and mouth and ran to the door! I asked her if she was going to fix all the repairs I showed her and had a list which I printed an handed to her which included the front door and door jamb which is so bad, in many of the apartments not only mine, you can see daylight through the door and jamb when it i closed! And cold air, snow and rain comes in so badly you can not keep it warm in the apartment, I just formed a Tenants Association to represent all the tenants and they are now trying to evict me so they can mask all the needed repairs instead of fixing them properly. The Manager ------ is very arrogant to many tenants which I have from those tenants too particularly the elderly ones. The Heat & hot water charges are way out of the ball park, the other reason why I formed this tenants association. I am Pastor William Barhorst and have lived in apartment A5 since Feb 2004 and still live here. My court date is for March 20th 2008 and I have a team of lawyers helping me with this suit and they will lose! I will remain here until all the repairs are done and done correctly according to building code! Even when I move I will remain the President of the Tenants association and keep this apartment complex in court until all is rectified. I will post on here regularly to keep you all informed! My email is pastorwilliambarhorst@yahoo.com I can't disclose everything that I am going to tell the Judge here until after the court date so the management can't do a quick fix or cover up. I have many of the tenants here that have come to me with all their concerns which I am bringing to court also. I have been working on this with my lawyers since 2005 and I am very well prepared. I handed out a letter to all the tenants telling them about our meetings and listed some of the major complaints last Saturday, and ------ told the ----------------------- Jr who faxed her a memo to have given to all the tenants which called me a liar and that all the repairs are done. I had a witness in my apartment sitting on the couch when ------ inspected it when she almost ran out of my apartment that is testifying that ------ said she is not going to do the repairs especially the door and door jamb. If the owner really cared, he would visit every apartment and speak to each tenant and be a man and responsible landlord he claims to be. What really got me was in my letter to all the tenants I gave them all my cell phone number, my apartment number and my email so all could contact me. The owner had his letter to all the tenants say Contact ------ the manager, not his phone or cell, or his email, or his home address! And he is the owner! So what does that tell you?
