Firing the management firm of Halfpenny Management was the best thing GPX, (The New Owners since 2007) could have done! This goes to prove that I was right in doing all I did or ------ -------- and Halfpenny Mangement would still be here and I would not be! I just received a letter from GPX Manager -------, that she is attempting to get me into one of the newly renovated apartments, because she agreed after seeing hundreds of photos I sent her, that my apartment needs extensive repairs that went undone since I moved in. I had met with --------, the new onsite manager several times and she also agrees with me. I was given the letter from ------- ---------- (Regional Property Manager GPX Realty Partners)to finally end the court case which states that GPX termanated the management firm of Halfpenny Management as of April 1, 2009 and GPX has taken over all management of Concord Court Apartments. ------- also stated that she was going to schedule an appointment to see my apartment which I sent her the pictures in an email. I want to say Praise God and good ridance to Halfpenny Management and ------ --------! If anyone wants a copy of the letter I have please email me. I am constructing a sign to present to GPX Management that will be signed by the tenants that live here, a Real Award for their attempt to improve the living conditions in all our apartments and will be updated as each apartment is repaired, which will be issued by our Tenants Association. I am also getting a key for the basements again, because the locks were changed when Halfpenny took over and I did not have access to the items in the basement that are mine, nor could I put tools back in the basement that are in my apartment or holiday ornaments and other things that do not need to be in my apartment. Jesus said and I quote 1Ch 16:22 "Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm" and again in Psa 105:15 "Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm".

Jesus told us not to fear other human opponents (Lk. 12:4-5).
When we try to please others, when we fear what others may say or do to us, we place ourselves in a position of great vulnerability. Our lives no longer remain our own. We become captive to what others think, want, or threaten. We are to trust only the LORD and reverence him. In God is our safety, both now, and forevermore.
When I portrayed Jesus being crucified during my demonstration in front of Concord Court (DelcoTimes June 22, 2008) It was because when Jesus was being crucified, it was for political reasons to satisfy the Jews and the Romans, that was why Pilate washed his hands, stating, "I wash my hands of this innocent man's blood" because he knew Jesus was innocent of the charges but had to crucify him for political reasons. Jesus warned us in Ephesians chapter 6 "Obey your masters of the flesh, (meaning those in power or having authority on the earth) with fear and trembling of your heart as unto Christ" This means not to trust the courts because Jesus knew they were corupt back when he was crucified and they'd be more corupt today. Learn a lesson Judge ------------! You could have stopped this the very first day I was taken to your court for wrongful "Retaliatory Eviction" but you chose to side with Halfpenny. Jesus also said, "Vengence is mine, I shall repay" ------ and Halfpenny will suffer even more business losses and management positions and so will others that go against the will of God. I am giving GPX every courtsey I can allowing them time to prove themselves to all tenants. I will continue to represent all the tenants hereand recommend all tenants to join our tenants association. God Bless ------- and -------- and GPX. I will update this and make new posts as needed. For those that do not believe I am an Ordained minister come to my apartment to see my ordination papers. Be it known, to impersonate an ordained minister is a federal crime because of the automatic non profit status that comes with ordination by the IRS. When the apartments are repaired I will then recommend others to rent here, but not until then. GPX did spend a lot of money on the outside, but tenants do not live on the outside, we live in the apartments. I am giving GPX the time they need to resolve the issues as they promised. If and when I do move, I do anticipate to get my full security deposit returned to me as I did no damage to this apartment, it was like this since I moved in, and I paid all my rents on time and have been paying it to the Court Office Of judicial Support as they order when a landlord tenat case is ongoing as well as all the heat and hot water bills from Energy Billing Systems (Fired by GPX) and by Monitor Data, (Soon to be fired by GPX). I can't wait to end the court battles with the letter I got from ------- when I present it to the court so I can pay GPX directly instead of going all the way to media every month. For those that did not come to Tenants Meetings, they do not know that a vote took place by tenants that did come, that voted me to be the President of the Tenants Association, we also have a secretary and Treasurer too. We are filing with the IRS for non profit status also.

I am a tenant and can tell you that this man does not represent everyone here. I don't know what issues this man has, but he should fight his own battles. Rome wasn"t built in a day Give the new management a chance. I don't feel it's right for this man to slander the place that I chose to make my home. I am very proud to live here and can only see it getting better.

I agree with the last response. The new management is doing everything to make this place a better place to live. I have lived there for over five years and I have no complants. I just think ---------------is sue happy and has no clue waht he is talking about. I wonder even if he is a real pastour. The apartments would go down hill if he stayed. He is a fake and a fony and does NOT speak for me. I love where i live and so does my family.

I Have been a tenant for the past 10 years and have never herd of anything like what Mr. ---------------- is talking about. We did not elect him as president of antthing at Concord Court. He has done all of this by himself and he does not represent us in any way. So think twice before you go with him in anything he does. A Very Happy Tenant

Although I have not gone to any meetings, I totally agree with what ----------------------- is doing. Maybe some people havent run into any problems here, but most I have spoke to have major problems. Halfpenney management is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. My apartment is falling apart, and I have actually given up with it, I just want to get my family and myself out of this place.

I am a real tenant here and I agree witht the pastor complaints I just think his way of going about it is a little insane. He has true motives just a crazy way of going aout it. And for the record he was not voted into the position he claims to hold he appointed himself.

I have read all the info on this site, I think the people who live here should give the new manager a chance. I have already seen a difference, I also think the managers name is --------- not --------. I have spoken to this woman and she is on top of things here. I think its time the so called Pastor moves out. I think this place is looking up. I also think that when --------- gets a hold of the Rev she will do the right thing. To the last poster. Why dont you login with your name and not be anonymous? Do you have something to hide? I made a name mistake --------- instead of --------. I met with her several times, she is doing her best and saw my apartment the day before yesterday. She is getting a handle on everything here. Rome was not built in a day I agree, and I am giving GPX the time they need to do as they say they want to do. I am wiping the slate clean with them as they are with me and starting over. I do not hold GPX responcible for the previous owners not doing the repairs, nor do I hold them responcible for what Halfpenny tried to do to me. They corrected the situation by terminating them. To me that was the best move they could have done. If you make comments, come out of your closet and login so we all know who posted not doing it anonymously or do you have something to hide? I stood up for all the tenats, you included, or Halfpenny would still be here so you should thank me for what I did instead of bashing me. When people get to know me and know all I do, they become friends with me. You should come to my apartment and meet me and stop being anonymous. I am a defender of all people as Christ would want me to be. So let's start over as I have done with GPX and how they have with me. I never did anything wrong to anyone and never will. I am also the reason why Energy Billing Systems is no longer here, and why Monitor Data may soon be gone also. I am defending you as well and should learn to understand that. God Bless you.
