I have had cockroaches, water bugs numerous times in my apartmeant. At one time I caught 8 in one day! There is mold, and have gone days without hot water. One time it was near a week. This is a true review, the other ones that state this place is ok, are a lie. The way the treat people(TENANTS)is a disgrace! If you come to the apartmeant complex you will see how many vacant apartmeants there are, there is a reason for this. Everyone is leaving, includeing myself. Also, be carefull with your energy bill through them, they have no meters here. So, they average out your bill through the building. Your bill is astronomical! I payed 310.00 in March, for a 600 square foot apartmeant. People with homes do not even pay that much. I feel for the older people and the families that can't move from this place. Halfpenny Managemeant should be ashamed. Most of the people in here are hard working, good people. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from here.

Did you every call to have your apt sprayed? They do keep records of things like that. If you didn't have hot water for a week, that means the hold building was out. I don't think that's a correct call.

Clean your apartment and maybe you wouldn't have that problem. It is not the management company's job to clean your apartment

I agree, that was the worst place to live!! Management sucked and so did mainentance!! He was drunk half the time! The water bills were outrageous, and someone should have taken them to court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can be the CLEANEST person on earth and not be able to get away from the digusting bugs and mold problem to manifest in this dump that is supposed to be a home. This is due to the way they fix everything so cheaply and the way they "rig" everything. HalfPenny is so shady and a rip off. He is stealing from innocent hard working people. And ------ and her "posse" are a bunch of nasties. The utilities bills are THROUGH THE ROOF!!! There IS NO POSSIBLE WAY one apartment could rack up a $200-300 bill in {{{ONE MONTH}}}. There are several empty apartments and will be more to come. I pray everyone leaves here, I hate the fact that we pay HalfPenny's mortgage and are putting all that dough in his pocket. If anyone else moves in here, you will sadly regret it.

This is so not true, I have been a resident of concord court for over a year, I have no problems with the staff. When I call ------ and -----are very helpful. Maybe if you spoke with respect you would get respect, Remember ------ has more that one property to deal with and if you give her a chance you will see her for the sweet and helpful person she is. I can vouch for the STAFF they have been very good to me.

I am Pastor William Barhorst in Apartment A5 This place is horrible! I formed a tenants association to help all the tenants here. They have been trying to evict me for years and have been unsuccessful. I am staying until this place is fixed and fixed right. I have several Senators and state Representatives supporting me as well as some of Aston Township Counsel Members. I know many of the staff come here and post a if they are tenants. Many tenants move out and get fined for destroying appliances and cabinets when there were no dishwashers there to be destroyed. I have proof! They try to keep tenants security and fine them, it is wrong. I know how to defend every tenant but they all need to come to the tenants meetings. I can not tell you how to protect yourselves from these illegal crooks if you do not come to the meetings. I am taking my law suites all the way to the Supreme court! I am two steps away now! I am doing this to set the precedence so all tenants can win! I will never give up because everyone of their staff are nothing but liars and impersonate as tenants here giving themselves a great review. Even the 2008 Award they got from http://www.aagp.com is fake! The owners pay $450.00 a year to be a member, and both sit on the board of directors! So they gave the award for comfortable living to themselves to attract unsuspecting new tenants! I have prevented many tenants from moving in here and I will continue to do so a my freedom of speech and I have many organizations backing me and supporting me. DO not live in any apartment that Halfpenny or GPX owns in PA, you'll regret it.
