Stephen Dispaqua and Debbie the receptionist are both devils in disguise. If you call up to seek housing there and you sound black, they'll give you a higher price than what the rent actually is. I have witnessed this firsthand. I had my "white" voice on and was told the rent was 600 for a 1 bedroom. I called with my black voice before that and was told the rent was 795 for a 1 bedroom. Are you kidding me' My friend used to live there and only paid $575 for rent. They seem like they don't want anymore minorities moving in. From what I've heard from my friend, they don't seem to be the problem at the complex. Needless to say, I moved into Arrowhead across the street.

It wouldn't add to the credibility of all these complaints that you are taking every lawyer-ly opportunity to attack each complainant rather than improve your property, would it? I lived there too and Steve the owner or what he got handed to him from his Daddy is a prick. My car was robbed and my head unit was stolen. There a bunch of white trash that run around there. It was the worst experence of my life. Nobody was helpful when it came to staff. Steve acted as though he was better then others. Which he is not. He is ugly and like I said if it was not for his daddy...

First of all, I did not call 3 months apart you idiot. I called 1 day apart. Debbie is a racist and so is Stephen. Actually, I am willing to bet that you, Stephen, have your little cronies writing good reviews on this site. You and your property suck big ones. I am so glad I never moved in. And my friend only lived there for 2 damn years because she worked less than 10 minutes from home-now would you move?-doubt it-she had no other choice at that point and time. So, like jsly621 so nicely put it, why don't you quit attacking people and try to improve your horrible apartment complex. And you need to fire that trailor trash receptionist, Debbie. But then again, she's an accurate representation of what your complex is really like, so you may want to consider giving her a raise. This is a great way for the person on the other end calling for some more information to know what you people are really about. Uggghhh, STEPHEN you're such a douche bag!

its nice here... if you live on the other side of the fence! I've lived here for over 5 years. And I'm not the slum of aston, nor do my neighbors give me problems. I'm also not on section 8, and i work a full time job! I like where I'm living. Maybe the problem isn't the area, or the maintenance... maybe its the people who live in some of these apts who never pay rent, or have police called there all the time. Who would want to go to that apt. and fix a problem' Not me! I wouldnt ever go, and hopefully the tenant would move out. I like Stephen Dipasqua. He's a nice gentlemen, Debbie could be a little nicer... BUT again, look and listen to the people she's dealing with. And why is everything white vs. black' Who cares what color you are... if your a crappy tenant he's not gonna wanna deal with you. I'm going on my 6th year, and plan on staying much much longer! Ouch. I have never seen such anger. Please know that education is very important! First lesson: as a black person who was born and raised in MEDIA, I assure you that not all black people are from Chester and that comment just shows how ignorant you really are (sad). Anyway, I rented a "condo" from a private owner in Hidden Valley for 7-years (before moving on to bigger and better). I found the area to be okay. The design of the complex was not very smart. You have to the walk around the building to move in and carry in your groceries (that stunk!). The School District was okay. Second Lesson: I think that if you feel that someone is ??????racist?????? then you should do something about it instead of complaining. Have an investigation done. There are laws that are in place for discrimination and class action law suits that happen all the time. So if you choose not to utilize, don't criticize! I didn't like nor dislike Mr. DiPasqua because I did not have any contact with him. However, on occasion when I had to call the office I too found his secretary Debbie to be very rude, however, some people are just mean and nasty and that??????s what I just assumed was her issue. But if you would hire someone like that then that should allow you to make your own opinion(s) of what kind of person Mr. DiPasqua is or is not. My advice in regards to renting: as I mentioned, I rented from a private owner on the condo section of the complex. However, I would advise against purchasing a condo. They charge too much for the condo fees and have nothing to offer for your $260 per month (probably more now) besides trash and snow removal. They did an awful job at plowing the parking lot during snow time. The lot would ice up which made it very difficult to get out of the complex safely. Most of condos in the area for sale have less expensive condo fees and offered: pool, tennis & basketball courts and fitness centers! But do what you feel is best for you and your family. God Bless.
