Don't forget about the AIR RAID SIREN outside your window...

Rent will continously creep to absurd levels until you leave. Don't expect more than one person to get a hot shower in the morning and DO expect some of the elderly residents to get militant about "their" parking spots. The apartments are right next to the local police station and they have a habit of blowing the VERY LOUD AIR RAID SIREN EVERYTIME THERE IS A 911 CALL. Laundry rooms are generally well maintained though can become a problem when you need to walk 2 loads of laundry thru 2 feet of snow. As a plus, the apartments are pretty spacious.
