Moved in for one month and loving every minute of it so far! The siren does not bother me a lot and comes on maybe once a week when I'm there. When I moved in, everything was clean and nice. The rent per month is a little high for my taste but it's very reasonable in this area. Free heat is also included but I don't know how well the heating systems works yet.

Spacious kitchen, nice-sized living room area and huge closets. Lots of parking too. It's also close to a lot of stores and businesses like Wawa (just walk to it), CVS, Walgreens, Big Lots, Wachovia Bank, Keystone Bank, the Post Office, Shop n Bag Grocery store and lots of food places such as Burger King, Rita's Water Ice, Wharf's Tavern and a bunch of other food establishments. I saw one cockroach and called and they sent the exterminator immediately.

It is close to Neumann College and there are two bus stops right in front of the apartment.
