Stay away Do yourself a favor & looks elsewhere. Not worth the expense or the frustration to live here. It is dirty, management will go out of their way to not fix things. College kids & the unemployed living on welfare fill the complex, if you have a job & need to get up to go to work

I recommend living here Valley Brook is a very quiet complex. It is right near stores, and banks, and the elementary school is right next door so it is always easy to get my daughter to and from school which is a big help!! Dogs are welcomed here so we could even bring our Roxy with us.
