Really not as bad as people make it out to be - I have lived at Arrowhead for a little over a year and decided to renew my lease at the end of April. It's OK - It's not so bad here. I moved here in 2008. The place was a little bit run down when my husband and I moved in. Also the front doors on the building don't have locks. Very nice place to live! I moved into Arrowhead Court with my son two years ago. I have enjoyed living here very much so. I have had some minor issues with maintence issues that once I called and left a message maintence was there to take of my leaky faucet. The staff are nice and helpful.

BUGS, BUGS, BUGS I have lived here only a little over a month and have found a bug EVERY DAY since i moved in. Centipedes, cockroaches, silver fish, spiders, you name it; i've got it!
They say they spray but there is never proof anyone came in or visited the properties.

Nice Location My husband and I have lived here for a number of years. We feel that maint and the New Management Company can only make things better then what they already are. I seen a renivated unit the the maintance man did and it looks really great. It seems they have no problems in renting

A good place to live Concord Court has been a wonderful place to live and the new management has been great. GPX and Halfpenny Management has done alot of outside approvments and they also have done some renovations in the vacant aparments. We are also going to get brand new windows this spring
