I recommend living here - Valley Brook is a very quiet complex. It is right near stores, and banks, and the elementary school is right next door so it is always easy to get my daughter to and from school which is a big help!! Stay away Do yourself a favor & looks elsewhere. Not worth the expense or the frustration to live here. It is dirty, management will go out of their way to not fix things. College kids & the unemployed living on welfare fill the complex, if you have a job & need to get up to go to work

Great Place to live I live at VB and love it! Heats included the staff is wonderful. I can walk to Planet Fitness WaWa and Giant for food shopping. The neighbors are quiet and most have lived there a long time. It's home.
