Heating issue in winter

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
One winter my heat did not work for over a week. The only thing the office did was bring me space heaters. I got in a big fight with them over the phone before they finally got my heat working. They did try and make it up to me by getting me a gift certifcate and call me a few times to make sure it worked later. Sorry for the yelling Bob.
