I have rented with Harrison Richards over 5 yrs in both Mainline Court and Mainline Village. I stayed with them because I came to trust the owner and management. Also the apartments were kept up to par. Maintenance responded quickly to any issues that I had. All I had was to call and they would accommodate.
Yes we had a mouse issue, but who hasn't, it can happen anywhere. A exterminator was called and measures were taken to get rid of the mice. We are now mouse-free.
I think I have only 1 complaint which is the parking. Visiting family/friends have to park by the shops or residential area 3/4 blocks away.
Other then that, I have never had any issues with Harrison Richards, it has been a pleasure renting with them.
