Saw the place advertised in the local newspaper and I rented in Building 3. The buildings are older but the 2-bedroom i took is prety good sized. The rent was the same as others i looked at, but they included utilities with the rent. Parking is really nice - my car is right outside the window and the coinop washer/dryer are cheap and close by. The pool isn't very large and there isn't a lifeguard from what i can tell.
