Colonial Oaks apartments is a very nice place to live if you are looking for an apartment. It is not like the projects, it is well maintained and there are many different sized apartments to suit you needs. I would recomend these apartments to anyone looking for an economical but classy apartment.

I have seen Colonial Oaks going downhill for awhile now. Rent is going up to about $600 for apartments & townhouses. For people on HUD up to $500 that is why alot of people are moving out. The place is littered constently,grass/weeds not cut. The year of'76 playground equipment. The potholes going into Colonial Oaks are terrible. Some townhouses have mold ,electrical outlets get hot & the plastic turns black. Nothing done!
