i have lived in colonial oaks for close to 10 years and i can honestly say that even though i have had some minor problems with my apartment my experience with the manager and other residence have been very good. i can tell you that they are currently in the process of updating everything and were are getting a brand new playground. we have new people in maintenance and they are working very hard to update everything as quickly as possible. i hope they everyone would take the chance to see this apartments before just dismissing them as "projects"
