Good for area

These apartments are very well kept. The grounds are very nice and the shrubs and trees are always well trimmed. There are no facilities other than a laundry room and the washers are small and $1 per load. My one bedroom was nice but small by comparison to other places around. There is a large utility room with room for washers and dryers and still have space left over. Plenty of storage space, espacially when the attic is used. The oven unit was old but worked well, but the heater/AC unit was not sufficient for the units. The electric bill was well over $100 in the winter months. Also, this facility in addition to being the most expensive around, was the only one to not include the water/sewer bill in the rent, which always added around $50 per month.
The walls must be thin because I frequently heard the TV and talking from my neighbors. I even heard snoring every night that I could hear over my TV. There is plenty of parking, and in the winter the sidewalks and lots are shoveled before the sun comes up. The management was quick with any complaints. The area is quiet as it is a mostly older adult complex with a few college students. I almost never saw children. Overall, more pricey than others in the area and offers less, but is much cleaner and nicer which makes it worth a look.
