I am a long term resident at York Square. The complex is very well maintanined. Beautiful landscaping in spring and summer. The staff here does an outstanding job in snow removal in winter time. Walks are cleared very early in the morning and they even shovel all the parking spaces. The workers here work very hard at the upkeep of the property. Maintenance has always been done the same day I call for repairs. The manager is very friendly and very efficient. It is pretty quiet for the most part. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment to come here.
