Don't believe the anonymous It is pretty sad the fake writings, don't believe them. I have been living here since 2001 and It has been a very safe place. The maintenance was not very good for a while but a couple of months ago it has turned around! Colonial oaks is a great community

Long-term Tenant I lived in Cheppewa Village for many years. I had nothing but a great experience. The apartments are good size and rent is great because it includes your utilities. One time in 8 years I had a leaky faucet and the repairman was there that day to fix it. Would recommend to a friend.
