Great, Quiet apartment. Beware of lease breakage terms - The Avalon Arms apartment building is wonderful if you want to be around older people and live in peace. We were clearly the youngest couple in the building. While living there we had a baby and the experience with the other residents was wonderful. Great, Quiet apartment. Beware of lease breakage terms - The Avalon Arms apartment building is wonderful if you want to be around older people and live in peace.
