I contacted Berks Real Estate about a month ago, because I was relocating to the area and needed to find an apartment that suited my budget.

I met with Henry Berks, the President, who was very kind and went out of his way to try to help me. He spent a lot of time talking to me and taking down pertinent information, to try and find an apartment that would work for my situation.

After meeting in person and speaking over the phone several times, I checked out a few complexes that Mr. Berks recommended.

I was so excited to find that two of the four apartment complexes that Mr. Berks sent me to could work for my situation.

It was only days later that I signed my lease and was able to finalize all of the arrangements.

I am so grateful to Mr. Berks for taking the time to meet with me - he really took an interest in my situation and I very much appreciate that. If it wasn't for him, I would not have known about the apartment... and would still be looking around on my own.

I would definitely tell anyone who is relocating the area to contact Henry Berks Real Estate - not only is the service free, but Mr. Berks is very friendly and is an expert in the matching up people to apartments in the area.
