I was being transferred to the Bucks County area. Before I even came to town, Mr. Berks spoke to me in detail asking me a series of questions. When I came to his office, he had a group of apartments mapped out for me to see. By the end of the day, I felt that I had seen such a well-rounded selection of nice apartments. Although I wasn't familiar with the area, Mr. Berks had given such excellent directions from one place to the next that I felt very comfortable driving in a strange town! His apartment referral sevice made it very easy for me to find a great apartment in just one day!! It's hard to believe there was no charge for such a great service! I would definitely recommend Berks Real Estate to anyone transferring in from out of town and looking a place to rent!!
