This complex is perfect for somebody who wants their sport bike stolen, belongings stolen from car, etc. A haven for burglaries and thefts. I had two sportbikes stolen from this property. I also heard from other neighbors that they were robbed and personal belongings had been taken from their cars and first floor apartments. Oh yeah, I also heard a gun shot from a domestic disturbance on the floor beneath mine. I lived on the third floor. After the gun shot, I was glad my lease was up a few weeks after. Now that's a ghetto if that's what you're looking for. Staff and maintenance are the only people you can trust. This place is a last resort if your looking for something cheap. Noise is a problem with a railroad station and a firehouse within a 1/4 mile, as well as the interstate. The only thing I can't complain about is the bathroom. Hot water whenever you need it and the toilet never had problems. No roaches or rats either. Overall, that place will never be, in my opinion, a great place to live unless the building was towed to a nicer and quieter neighborhood. Watch out for the flying bullets.
