I was there for a year. My car was broken into once and was told by other tenants to get used to it. When I left they kept my security deposit to clean the oven that I had just cleaned. I only used it once in the course of a year! The electric bills are way too high and the appliances are old. Maintainence is also a joke. The weatherstripping around my door was useless and they wouldn't replace it so my entry way was an icebox all winter long. Stay away from this place at all costs.
