I've been here since early November and haven't yet encountered a problem. The apartments are clean, well-managed, and maintenance responds within a reasonable amount of time depending on the request. This complex is EXTREMELY quiet; after 2 1/2 months I have yet to see more than 2 of my neighbors. Overall, I feel safe and taken care of. I've heard some bad things about security deposits, but that tends to happen anywhere. The appliances are old, but otherwise, the place is in good shape.
