I just moved in for 4 months and wouldn't have moved to Berkeley Trace if read the reviews here. All bad reviews are TRUE...

Rude and inpatient staff, slow repairs. Many appliances are near breaking down..... Parking is not enough...

I am ready to leave as soon as 1-year lease ends. STAY AWAY from this place. Or you will be sorry..
