Rules have nothing to do with disrespectful treatment, management sticking up for crazy neighbors, and untimely or lacking service. By paying rent, you are paying to have a service provided. It's just like when you go into a store; Would one expect to get poor, inadequate, or rude service in a store just because they don't own it' Of course not! If things are truly going that well for you here, then you are either management making this review in disguise, or you just got lucky. Just wait until they find a reason jump on you about something bogus or try to illegitimately hold your deposit and we'll be seeing how positive you are about this place.
