To the 2/14/05 poster, the problem with your analysis that that you're comparing different levels of bad service. So what you're saying is that people should put up with rude management and bad service just because they can at least count their blessings that they don't have roaches or mice. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!
Sorry, but you have missed the point. From reading the other post, there were alot more complaints than just a hot gym, which you seemed to focus on. Besides that, why should someone pay for the luxury of having a gym that is unuseable. That's part of the reason people moved there to begin with and the reason the rent is higher than some of the other complexes. Additionally, some people use the gym because they can't afford or are inconvenienced by having a gym membership. Just because it isn't important to you doesn't mean that it isn't important. Your comment about the high electric bill being a frivolous complaint is absolutely absurd. Yeah, like anyone wants to pay more money than they have to for electricity. I even saw a past comment about mold, which in your post you seemed oblivious to, and a comment about cars being broken into, another thing you addressed as not going on at Berkeley Trash. You think the complaints are unreasonable''''''......all I can say is that since I have moved, I haven't had any of the problems I had at Berkeley Trace. I get excellent service and respect at my current complex. That's what happens when there is competition.
I question the legitimacy of your comments.....why are you sticking up for the place' Lost your job and need help paying rent'''''''......you sound like one of those Section 8 people that one of the previous comments referred to and the complex seems to cater to. No wonder you like the place so much!
