Regarding you chastising my review, first of all the reviewer that I addressed insulted me and made light of my problems first. Secondly, you say it's none of my business' That's the pot calling the kettle black! It's none of your business casting judgment on me; so, why don't you mind it and quit being self-righteous. Just who in the hell do you think you are' Why don't you post your email address, your handle, or better yet just tell me to my face it's none of my business, and then we'll see just how brave your anonymous smart-ass mouth is!

I believe my comments about people looking like their section 8 has relevance to this site. With regard that they don't belong on the site, do you think making judgmental comments such as it's "none of my business" belongs on this site' I mean, it really has nothing to do with the quality of the living arragements at this complex, which is what we are supposed to be critquing here. On the other hand, the type of people that live in a complex does. Their are some people that don't want to be around that, and they don't want friends or family coming seeing people like that loitering around outside, which seems to be commonplace with this demographic. It's embarrassing. I don't want people thinking the first time they come to my place "Geez, he's poor!"

Finally, I believe some of these nasty reviews just proves some of the past comments and epitomizes what these people would be like if they were your neighbors. Your review just validated that, and my rebuttal points to that fact. For that reason, this posting is relevant to this website. My experience was people were just downright hateful and unreasonable. One of the reasons it took me so long to respond back to this is because I've been in transition, relocating back to Washington, DC where I originally came from. One thing about people in DC is they don't waste their time with stupid ---- like this nor bother you. They don't have time for that. The complex I went to after Berkeley Trace was almost as bad but in different ways. I'm back in DC now; things were fine before I left, and things are fine now. I truly believe my problems were a Pennsylvania thing; it's just a different culture. To anyone thinking about relocating to PA for work, you need to think twice. If your job forces you to relocate here, quit. I'm glad I'm no longer living there.

Although I could do without all the crap talking being that this is a rating site and not a chat forum. I do agree that the presentation, whether landscaping, exterior, cars, or people, do that into effect highly with my husband and I. We are from PA. When looking for a house, you wouldn't look in South Philly would you? NO. So by the others theory, it shouldn't matter just as long as the home is nice. Wrong to me. If I'm going to pay hundreds of dollars, I want all aspects of the place to be nice. I have lived in philly for many years and moving out of philly meant a better living. I don't want to see a bunch of homeless looking people cause I would be embarrassed too. Not to mention wonder what kinda screening process this place took to. And not to steriotype, but people that don't take care of themself, will not take care of their place and poor looking people, makes you wander about the secruity of your stuff.
