Management staff seemed very friendly when we were in the process of renting the apartment. Not quiet so afterwards. Maintenence is terrible. Don't be surprised if it takes weeks before you get things fixed. Appliances are old and cost a bundle in electric costs (especially the heater/AC and Hot water machines). Very convinient to all major roads and a decent, nice, quiet place to live.
