Use to be nice. Until the new manager showed up about 2 years ago. She is a horrible, vindictive and selfish person. She rents to anyone to keep her record looking good to Toll Mgmt. But the people she is renting to are low lifes i.e. drug addicts and prostitutes. I have been there for awhile and am in the know. If you want trouble then that is the place to rent. Don't be fooled by the beautiful landscapping either. Thats all they spend money on. Need new windows(might as well leave them open in the winter) can't see out them they are so cruddy and old. Electric bills are as high as a car payment. Need new gutters-they leak terribly and the birds make nest underneath them inside the roof(because of vent holes) so there is bird crap all over too. I could go on and on but enough time wasted on and at Berkley-Trace........

I know exactly what you mean. Moved in last winter, now I being told to vacate by the end of Dec. I've been a good tenant, always paid my rent in full and on time, never had nay issues with any neighbors or management. The minute I report the issue about "Bats" living in the rain gutter I receive a letter stating they received notice that I will not be renewing my lease (Which I never sent). The manager is horrible. I'm looking into the issues I'm having further. This place is horrible, I could go on forever but this place isn't worth my time!
