I've lived at Berkley Trace for 1 year now and i have 2 kids we moved here from a house that unfortunately we could not afford any longer.During the process of finding a safe and affordable place to call home for awhile we stumbled upon Berkley Trace.From the moment we moved in we where suprised how quiet it is around here. Aside from the usual maintenance problems that any 30 something building would have no matter where you live. Any problem we've had was taking care of promptely and efficently.During this one year they have already replaced our and all of the heating and air conditioning units.So maybe you can't please everyone but i've had a great experience so far.
