Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
Been there for awhile and this place has really degenerated fast in the last few years. Don't waste your time even checking it out, Toll Bros (owners) could care less about the property, only the money generated by greed and lies. The lease is like a book and get this you have to shampoo the rugs after you move out or you lose most of your deposit, even if the rugs are old and going to be ripped out......unheard of!!!!!! Well if you don't believe me and dare to rent there don't say you weren't warned. I could go on forever about all the inadequacies and problems at that place but I have wasted enough time already!!!
RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!
