The first year I lived here, I thought the apartment was nice also. I was able to overlook how old it was and that a lot of the repair work was unfinished. But then, you start to add up everything that is wrong. Almost all the reviews I have read were correct. Mainly, the MOLD is a huge problem. Management acknowledges the mold and says keep spraying it with Clorox. When you have a problem, they do come out right away to fix the problem, but the same things keep breaking, and even though we received new heating and air conditioning units, my electric bill was still over 200 a month that following winter and summer. You can definitely here through the walls. There is a prostitute living here and cars have been broken into. My favorite was when I walked outside to find 3 police cars and officers actually drawing their guns to arrest someone in the parking lot. I had never seen a gun that close before. Not exactly home sweet home. I saw another arrest the following year in the lot, no guns though. Police are here about every other month. The entire four years that we have been here, they have yet to put a lock on the box where you deposit your rent checks. And of course, I could not agree more, management is very low class. If you take my thoughts to heart, realize this, my neighbors are more unhappy here than I am.

we see police here all the time here now too. i especially liked the time at 3AM the fire dept was there and no one cared to get everyone out of the building or atleast tell us there was a fire.
