The property is fairly nice, and most of the time well kept. The problem I have is with the women who work in the office and and the maintenance. My apartment was broken into a few months ago, and they treated me like it was my fault! I was charged for the damage done to the door frame, which when they replaced it, they did a horrible job and left my apartment a mess. The told me that I was not allowed to install another additional lock for my safety, or i would then have to pay for damage to the door itself and basically, be kicked out. Then, they started installing new cable lines. The maintence men were in and out of my apartment, lost one of my cats due to their uncaring attitude, and things were stolen. The maintenance crew is allowed to come into your apartment whenever they want, without notice. So, if your a fan of privacy, here is not the place for you. I was also charged $1000 deposit to have cats, and $30 extra a month!

Right on Anonymous!! I lived there too and had the same problem with "That" woman in the office. Her unprofessional attitude is only surpassed by her personal vindictiveness toward any tenants with property problems. But TOLL likes her because she lies to them. She also is on a mission of bringing low-lifes like herself to the complex and is succeeding beyond expectations. NEVER RENT THERE EVER!!!!

Maintenance is required, by law, to give notice. You have a legal right to privacy and I cannot believe you let them get away with that.
