Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
After we moved out, we were hit by a $200 deduct from our deposit. The management wants the carpets professionally shampooed before you move out! Hell, we vacumed them to the original neatness but there is no more neat that youc an get; since the carpets were not even 1 yr old. Other deducts were for cleaning the blinds and for the electric range cover plates. Remember we had stayed there for only 1 yr...so there was not that much for the range or the windows to be cleaned.
According to me theya re just passing the buck for cleaning the apartment before the next person moves in...isnt that the bloody job of the management''''
